Returns, Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery: All books will be sent second class via Royal Mail within the UK. Postal charges are weight-based depending on current Royal Mail rates and will be applied at the checkout.

Returns: All items can be returned for a full refund of the order value (excluding shipping charges), provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt and provided all the original packaging is intact and the item remains undamaged and in a sellable condition. Unless the product is defective, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the items to us. Please email info@mydmpublishing.com to discuss any returns
